Don't be set in your ways
Doing the same thing repeatedly thinking ’this is fine’ isn’t going to help you be more productive. It’s only going to slow you down and get you frustrated more than you think.

Have you noticed the older you get, the more relaxed you become.
But the more relaxed you become, the more set in your ways you are.
You kind of don’t listen to too many people, kind of telling you how to do certain things in the mornings, what you should do, etc.
But there are times that you actually have to listen to some people because you’ve got to step back and figure out, well, am I actually doing this the right way?
And it’s no different with technology.
And I made a video last year, I think it was, and I’ll put a link below. called square wheels.
People are there to help showing you an easier way to doing things, but they’re like, no, it’s okay, I’m pushing this car, it’s got square wheels, I’m fine, and someone’s on the side of the street sending them round wheels, for instance.
But basically, we get set in our ways, and you’ve got to be really careful as to not get into that vicious circle in the sense of, I’m working, I’ve got the tools that I’m using.
I’ve got the tools that I’m using.
Someone told me to use these tools 15 years ago.
I’m still using no tools and it’s okay.
I know I’m getting problems with it, but you know what?
I get it done.
But if you actually realised how much you could, how much time you could save by doing it properly.
And when I mean properly, there’s no proper way of doing anything because I don’t know how you work or so or so on.
But doing it properly in the sense that maybe now would be a good idea to change the way you work.
Change the tools you have change the apps that you have and with what I do with Tech Minimalism.
I tell people I can save between 30 and 40% of your time what would you do with 30 40%.
So don’t get stuck and set in your ways, don’t get stuck in like old technology and not changing your mind because we’ve always done it this way.
You’re kind of wasting not just your time but your life That’s just the way it is.
Anyway, that’s the video and I’ll see you tomorrow.
Ciao.
