Having no ideas can be the idea

I was on the 10Q interview podcast. A couple of days ago, he released it. I recorded it a couple of weeks ago. There were two questions that were asked, and I didn’t quite know how to answer them. Go watch the podcast because it’s actually pretty good.
But one of the two questions was, how do you come up with your ideas all the time? Do you always have ideas? Now, I thought about it at the time, and I’m always coming up with ideas. But there are times actually like today where I had no idea what video to make. I was like, you know what? I’m stuck. What could I make? But that in itself is a is a video. That in itself is a is something that someone would be interested in.
Because if you’re trying to pick up the camera to make video for yourself, for your business, mainly for your business, obviously, that’s what you’re here for, I guess. Even having no idea is still an idea to make a video.
Now think about Seinfeld, a show about nothing. I made a video about it a couple of days ago, a few days ago. The whole point of the show about nothing is your life is the show. Your life is the thing that you could share. So having no idea is the actual idea in itself. So don’t think that you can never make a video because you don’t have. have no idea. Whatever happened to you that day can be the show, can be the content, but you have to give value to a certain degree.
Now, people will say, well, you’re talking to the void right now because you’re making a video about nothing. Well, yes, to a certain degree, but in the other sense, it’s hopefully helping you to think, oh, you know what? I’ll get in front of the camera and make a video.
The point is, it should be a conversation. Should be a, for instance, When have you, you know, when you’re on a train, on a bus, on a tram, etc., and you hear a conversation, you go, what the fuck are they talking about? But you’re still listening to it because you’re intrigued, you’re interested. That show is about nothing, but you’re still interested.
So having no idea is also an idea as well. Now, it might sound weird, but today’s video, I had absolutely no idea before I pressed record as to making this video. Because I was like, I don’t want to make this one. I don’t want to make this one. I don’t want to make this one. This doesn’t make sense right now. It just wasn’t in me. The art that came, would come out, wasn’t, you know, wasn’t right.
