I took on a huge personal project for my business. It took ages to figure out and learn new things, but I’m glad I did. Don’t be anxious about undertaking things, because once you get past the fear, you’ll kick yourself for not doing it earlier. Sometimes you’ve just got to dive in. Ask for help. And enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Recently, I’ve taken on a huge project, a huge personal project. It’s actually to do with work, my business. And it took me a long time to figure out whether I should do it.

It took a lot of information. I had to get from all over the place. I had to learn lots of new things. And I’m so glad I did.

And we often forget that there are people out there that you can ask for help, ask for input, feedback and so on. And the fact that you don’t know anything, I’ve always said, and I made a video in the past about if you don’t know, it’s not a stupid question because you don’t know and you’re trying to find things out.

So I did a lot of Googling, a lot of searching for information, going on forums and trying to get some information. And the project is actually going really well. I’m not going to talk too much about what it is. I will reveal it soon.

But the point of this video is don’t worry about undertaking things that you’re anxious about because those things that you will do when you get past that point, you’ll kick yourself basically and say, oh, I wish I did this earlier. And that’s basically what I’ve done.

So I’m still working on it. There’s still things going on. I’m learning. And just like everyone else, we don’t know everything.

And sometimes we just got to dive in feet first, get on with it, and then we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labour once it’s done, getting out on the other side.
