Summary
I’ve had an inner whisper for years telling me to go on the road and I finally listened. I got out of my rental, stored my things, sold a load, and now I’m becoming a nomad with my dog Woof, working remotely. You’ve got to listen to your whisper and just do it.

We all have that inner whisper within ourselves that tells us that we’re doing something right, we’re doing something wrong, we’re, we should go and do that one thing, otherwise we’ll regret it for the rest of our lives. And that’s been on my mind for a few years now.
But things came about like work and obviously the Corona and stuff came about and I wasn’t able to do it. My mind was on other things, growing my business, etc. But that whisper was still there and it was annoying the hell out of me.
So I thought, can I activate my ass and actually do the thing that I wanted to do? Now, as you guys know, who’ve been following me, watching my videos, which thank you. I was in Spain and Portugal last year, the year before, and I’ve done it twice now and I loved it. I love driving. I love cars and I love rail, road-tripping.
So I thought, why don’t I do this? My whisper was saying to me, do it now, otherwise you will regret it for the rest of your life. Why don’t I do it?
And as you can see, sorry, Woof! is eating, so he’s making noise. As you can see, I’ve started packing. So what I’ve done, I’ve been able to get out of my contract here in my office, in my home. I was renting, as you know. That’s the beauty about renting. You could just leave whenever you want to.
I was getting itchy feet. This whisper was going on. And I thought, let me get a storage space, store everything, sell lots of stuff, throw out lots of stuff. Keep some of the things that mean things to me. I mean, obviously, this is cables, but they belong to things. And get on the road. Just be on the road.
Now, I will still be working. I do a lot of my work remotely so I can effectively work anywhere and I realised that when I was in Spain which was really bizarre and I spoke about this before. I was, I helped people with their digital tech with their digital stuff so they could work remotely and then I didn’t really really realise that I could actually do that myself which was mind-blowing but anyway I can do that, been doing that.
So I’m going to become a nomad. I don’t like to call it a digital nomad because I don’t know why because everyone uses it and I just want to be called a nomad. Pick my horse, my car, pick my trusty companion, my dog, pick my six shot revolver. No, I’m not carrying a gun, my laptop and just go on the road.
And I’ve done it before, as I said, and I love it. And I thought, let’s do it now. There’s other reasons why this has come about now as well, but it’s the whisper. You’ve got to listen to the whisper. You’ve got to listen to your inner self. You’ve got to take the bull by the horns and just do it.
So I’ll see you on the road.
