Systemising your business
Getting things done quickly within your business gives you more time for your clients and business. So once you have a system, you’ll be able to work more efficiently, be more productive and have plenty of time for yourself.

You have to systemise everything in your business. I make daily videos by following a simple Apple Note checklist template every day, not fancy tools or automation. If I hadn’t systemised it, it would be impossible, and that’s why many ask regularly how I do daily videos! Stop being so busy and get things systemised so you can free your time.

In your business, you have to systemise everything. And I mean literally everything. I found that if you don’t, you waste so much time, double the time, triple the time. I mean, you waste so much time if you don’t systemise anything.
I’ve been able to make daily videos. I mean, everyone asks me, how do you make daily videos all the time and post all over the place? Well, first, this practice, I’ve been doing it for two plus years. On top of that, I wanted to find a way how to post and how to record and how to do these videos quickly without too much fuss. Plus the fact I have it systemised, I have a checklist that I go through every single day and I know basically where everything has to be posted even though it’s in my head, I still have it on an Apple note basically with little check marks as to what I need to do.
I don’t use a notion. I don’t use base cam. I don’t use anything for that. I make a simple note. I have a template. I copy, paste it to a new one, number it, date it, and put everything I need in it and check off everything I’ve done. That’s how I get my videos out there every single day.
So if I didn’t have that system, if I hadn’t done it for a while, if I didn’t figure out the easiest way to do it, it would be virtually impossible and the fact that people are asking me how do you do it tells me that my system actually works. I hate calling it system but it kind of is I guess.
So if you systemise anything in your business and everything in your business, there are some things that you can’t like posting on different social networks, you can do it but it kind of doesn’t look right if you do it via zapier or whatever. I want the human feel of me posting. So that part of it I don’t systemise in a way or automate, I should say.
But the very fact that I have my, at least, I mean definitely my daily videos systemised in such a way, I can get them out. So you have to make sure that you systemise, I’ve used that word a lot in this video, everything in your business so you can have your free time.
Otherwise you’re working 24-7 and getting nothing done. Stop being so busy.
