#daylite

That was the title I saw when I ‘Googled’ myself over the weekend.

Firstly, why on earth would I search for myself??!!

You see, I care about my brand, as everyone should. So now and again I check to see how my brand is being presented online. And see if everything I put out into the world is, well… ‘on brand’.

Yeah I know, insane!

Anyhoo…

Daylite is an app I use, and have used, for running my business.

I’ve even implemented the system into many companies that require a simple, yet insanely powerful all-in-one solution that just works!

So when I saw my name attached to an article talking about how using Daylite can simplify your business, I had to check it out!

I wasn’t aware that this was being written, but the author sure does know my inner thoughts about how life and business can coexist without complications.

Go check it out!

I was interviewed, well to be perfectly honest it was more of a conversation, with Carolyn Vitale, Sales Manager for Marketcircle, the makers of Daylite for a partnership.

Well let’s just say it went beyond just a partnership, as the conversation was so good she turned into a post for their LinkedIn Newsletter!

I’ve been using Daylite since around 2006 and seen the amazing transition the product, and even the company, has had throughout the years.

It’s an amazing journey, and an equally great CRM for small business. You can test Daylite out yourself and see!

I’m sure we will be collaborating on other projects in the future, but for now, have a read of the article and let me know your thoughts.

Not long ago, Daylite released their Board view for Opportunities, and I love how they’ve integrated it into the workflow.

About 2 weeks ago, Marketcircle released Opportunities Board for Daylite. I just love how they’ve integrated it into the workflow.

The visual way makes me understand where I am with my prospects, and with the filters, I can see a forecast of how exactly things are going.

Also, the ‘drag and drop’ from one stage to the next is a game changer, as I don’t have to go to each individual prospect to change anything.

Marketcircle has a great blog post on how you can use this new feature. And if you have any questions you can always contact me.

See, you really don’t need a lot of tools, apps and services to run a successful business. This is my current Mac Dock.
