Super blij met deze Macbook expert. Snel, duidelijk (ook voor niet-techneuten) en eerlijk over te verwachten resultaten of mogelijkheden van reparaties.

Naast de dingen die hij had beloofd te doen werden ook nog extra dingetjes meteen gecheckt en hersteld waar mogelijk. Ik heb inmiddels een jaar abonnement genomen, als zelfstandige heb je zo je eigen betaalbare IT helpdesk.

Ook fijn: hij herstelde mijn laptop in het weekend, zodat ik mijn normale werkweek niet zonder laptop zat en het werk was in 1,5 dag gepiept.‍

Bij de Apple Store ben je je laptop voor dergelijke reparaties minstens 2 weken kwijt en moet je 1,5 week wachten voor een afspraak.‍Ik kon meteen bij hem terecht. Aanrader voor iedereen!
